'Nice bedroom, bathroom, and kitchen. Very reasonably equipped, minus the fact that there was dish soap but no sponges to clean kitchenware. The staff were always very cordial and online customer service was reasonably fast. The lounge areas made the stay truly amazing. Small area for improvement: adding AC in the gym and paid/free soap dispensers for the laundry rooms.'

'The couch was broken and not usable. The washing machine really didn't clean the clothes well, very musty smell coming from the machine and kitchen sink. Was not able to put detergent in properly because washing machine was installed improperly. There was a hole in the wall next to the bed in one of the bedrooms. Something might have died in the wall because it smelled very badly. Plates/pans and utensils had to be washed before use. The wire to hair dryer was frayed. All this for $462...

'Great location in Battersea. A short walk to Clapham Junction allowing easy access to Gatwick Airport, Twickenham Stadium, and Central London. Area full of amenities, shops, supermarkets, restaurants, bars etc. everything is on the doorstep. Apartment was clean and spacious, surprisingly quiet given it’s location. Set over two floors. 'Our stay was unfortunately below expectations. The listing location was unclear — “Nine Elms” is a street name, not a full address — which made it difficult for our driver to find the property. Communication could have been much better; phone calls went unanswered, and we were eventually told to message via WhatsApp. We waited over an hour before someone arrived with the key and showed us to the flat.
