'The early entry to Cedar Point was nice. I was frustrated because my family got there at 5 pm so we could spend a few hours at the park before it closed. The check-in process was so slow (with few attendants) that we wasted an hour just to check into the hotel.'

'The hotel is in an amazing location with beautiful views of the lake, the rooms and all public areas are pristine and clean, & the staff were absolutely amazing. I would not recommend eating at the restaurant, as it's quite overpriced, the menu is quite performative, and the food wasn't that great for the price paid. It is also very small & loud if the patio is not open. That said, it did not deter from how amazing the hotel is. Just find somewhere else to eat during your stay.'

'The room keys seem to get demagnetized very easily and multiple people were locked out of the back building through out the stay. Our room had a faint but undeniable scent of cigarette smoke, the hotel was at full capacity and we couldn’t change rooms. The staff promptly brought up a room spray that removed the smell. Our room was clean, the jacuzzi tub looked dated but well maintained. Our refrigerator did have food and alcohol left from the guest before us, so cleaning staff should check that...
