'Great location. Room had a comfortable chair and ottoman. Bed was very comfortable. Sink was new but tub was old. Water pressure in shower was terrible. TV sometimes lost sound and had to be unplugged to reboot. Maintenance man said new TVs had been ordered. Lobby area was spacious and attractive with many areas for small groups to gather.'

'The hallway had a putrid smell and was very warm. AC ok in the room. Staff was friendly. Elevator was not working.'

'Large facility in relatively quiet area. Nice amenities. Primary complaint is that the room smelled like cigarettes smoke although it was a non-smoking room. The restaurant looked nice but was unused. The coffee shop had odd hours and often was closed at lunch which is when conference attendees would have appreciated it being open. Also, not enough bathrooms in the conference area. Perhaps needs an update to remove/make the restaurant smaller and provide more bathrooms and a lunch/snack area...
