Fijn hotel vanwege ligging in centrum

Voordelen: Goed verzorgd, zag er allemaal netjes uit en schoon uit. Wat ik wel jammer vond was dat er alleen een lift was om bij je kamer te komen en geen trap.
Nadelen: Misschien een trappenhuis?
Locatie: Praktisch vanwege ligging in centrum van stad, dus bv openbaar vervoer, ferries etc waren makkelijk bereikbaar.
Ik vond het een prima hotel. Voorzien van zowat alles zoals, tv, vaatwasser, wasmachine, airco etc. Goed bed.

Spacious living room area was a big plus. Only thing that can be improved was instruction on use of microwave which was not very clear to foreigners who may be familiar with other brands. Microwave should be simple to use.

My stay was on the 6th floor and was able to see Auckland skyline.

The staff at the main desk was very helpful. The location is great and the apartment had everything you needed.

Reception was not honest about parking.
Dishes were dirty from start of stay
Rooms were not made up everyday.( I know 1 day was public holiday).
Carpets looks very dirty.
Definitely not recommended to stay.

However, it is very difficult for us to understand what you meant by "not honest about the parking", did we hide anything from you or did we not tell you anything about the carpark? If you would let us know some detailed information that would be really appreciated. We only provide simple service on a daily basis, the full service happens every 3 days, since we are not a five-star hotel no full service is provided every day. Cheers,

Unit was beautiful, but a little.worse.for wear. Broken cabinets, blinds missing hooks, warped pans made cooking challenging.

I liked the location of the venue.

I liked everything,but the access card was a problem.I went out and had to take the card with me which meant my mate had sit in the dark till i got back,as the card acitivated the lights.A bit silly.
