'Usually free breakfast is pretty bad, but this one was quite good. Mini omelets, hot cinnamon rolls, oatmeal, yogurt, fruit - plenty of choices and good quality. The beds were comfortable and we didn’t hear a lot of noise in the hotel itself or from the busy traffic outside.'

'I would definitely recommend this place. It is very convenient and strategically located if you are doing business in the area but still need easy access to downtown. It is quiet, safe, and the staff is friendly and extremely helpful. The only inconvenience was that the elevator was under maintenance during our stay, so at times we had to wait longer than expected.'

'The property is ungoing renovation. We were given a renovated room so the decors and furnitures are new. The room is spacious and has a fridge and coffee maker. We appreciate the coffee in the lobby and warm cookies at check-in. However, areas around the main entrance give a poor first impression - algeas on the exterior walls, flower pots full of weeds, and dirty luggage carts. These things could've been easily addressed. Breakfast buffet was decent.'

'The air conditioner in the room sounded like the furnace in the movie Home Alone. The refrigerator squealed. The shower did not drain at all. And flooded the bathroom. That would explain the nasty and moldy mildew smell the room had. We arrived at 2:50 p.m. and we're told check-in was not until 3:00 and we would have to wait 10 minutes or pay $10 to check in early. About time of day there was nobody in the lobby and nobody in the parking lot the building was pretty empty. Thought that was sort...

'Lost my bag, front desk was very helpful and had toothbrush, toothpaste, and deodorant for me. Very much appreciate the little things.'

'The staff at reception desk was very rude and not helpful on our arrival . Our room had a canopy over the window so there was sunlight coming through and we were not even able to see outside. Our room was not cleaned or bed made or changed. When I called the front desk I was told that they clean every three. When asked for towels was told to come get it. The bathroom had no water pressure and water flowed onto floor. Breakfast area with no one to tidy between guests or refill. Eggs very dry with...

'Het hotel is supergunstig gelegen dus qua locatie een absolute aanrader maar de standaardkamer is zeer vergelijkbaar met alle andere keten kamers. Ontbijt is in café stijl, je bestelt van de kaart (niet goedkoop) en je levert hotelvoucher twv $25 in. Ontbijt met koffie kost meer dan die $25, je geeft ook 20% tip dus komen nog wel ontbijtkosten bij. Ook wordt er nog een dagelijkse fee van $25 gerekend aan “Riverwalk amenity”. Al met al dus een prijzig hotel.'
