Very comfortable, wifi in the rooms wasnt great, other than that had a lovely stay.

Terrible service, and accumulation of trouble

The room was very humid. There was a bad small because of the overabundance of moisture. Even the bed was wet. We also found an animal in the room (a kind of lizard or bigger gecko).We were offered an upgrade to the President Suite on the 3rd floor. A good room. It however took 1,5 hour to move us there. The president suite is a nice room with a big Jacuzzi. We liked the Jacuzzi, so we decided to book that room another night for our wedding night. Next morning we tried to fill the Jacuzzi, but it took us 3 hours to realize that the Jacuzzi was leaking. It took us a while to figure out because it is difficult to estimate how fast such a big bath is filling up. We complained again and we commanded to have a reduction of the rate. We booked this room with the Jacuzzi in mind. But the management didn’t want to discount. It took us an hour of discussion with several management members. We were even threatened with the police if we didn’t pay the money. I offered them the option to cut the price 50%, but they didn’t want to accept. We left paying the money not willing to spoil our honeymoon. With the notion to the management that we would review Le Grande with this story to TripAdvisor and Hotel.com. Arrogant management who claimed that our case wasn’t a lot of money too them. But still too much money to give us a proper discount. Customer Service isn’t a trait of this hotel management.

Staff were amazing. Very clean and grt location as a base to explore Uluwatu.

Not the bed we booked available. Not upgrade just downgrade. You need mobility/vehicle to get where you want. Everything is pretty far away. The breakfast buffet wasn’t good.
