Staff was great help in finding us places to eat.IN booking we were not aware the restaurant was closed on weekends which made us to go out to have our meals.So if you are planning a weekend stay be awere of this

The Hotel is has a great location. The parking is very inexpensive, the morning breakfast buffet is well supplied with a nice variety. The staff was very friendly ! We enjoyed our stay.

Excellent location right on the campus. The hotel staff was welcoming, the room was large clean and clearly had nice newly renovated bathrooms. The restaurant in the entrance by the lobby had an excellent breakfast, lunch and dinner buffet or menu. Service was excellent.

nice hotel / easy to find / staff was very nice & helpful

We booked fairly late for our gymnastics/basketball weekend getaway in T-town, so most of the usual spots were booked. We chose the Ambassador based on the customer reviews, price and location. It did not disappoint. It is a basic hotel with nothing really special. But we had no complaints with the room, the amenities or the service. Exterior looks fairly new and the rooms were clean and spacious. Only a few minor inconveniences - ice machine on a different floor, tv was just ok, but overall for the money we were quite pleased. The location on Skyland is close to Greensboro and 359 so easy access to downtonwn without dealing with McFarland. i would stay here again.

The room was clean when we arrived. The water pressure in the shower was great. It was fun to make our own waffles. The people there were happy to show us how to work the waffle maker. The eating area is very small. Seems like only 4 tables in the dining room. Motel convenient to shops and other eating locations. Our room was VERY quiet. We were on the first floor near the pool. I would highly recommend this place to others.

We were quite pleasantly surprised by this hotel. It was very clean, quiet and comfortable, and seemed almost brand new. The finishes were nice - & we appreciated the fridge & microwave in the room. There were cookies and coffee in the lobby when we checked in. The breakfast buffet was one of the best I have ever seen. We will definitely stay here again.
