The location is fantastic. It is so central to everything, restaurants, good shopping and sight seeing within easy walking distance. Highly recommended.

Great location with plenty of walking and restaurants in the Plaka district. Stunning views of the acropolis and gate and easy walking to other historic sites.

We stayed in Athens for 4 days and checked in here. We were welcomed by a very friendly receptionist who explained us where we were and what we should see. We were escorted to the room and two minutes later received a welcome platter containing two shots of Raki (traditional Greek alcohol) and several snacks like olives, feta cheese, cucumber, everything nicely presented. Breakfast was really good and I strongly recommend to try made on the spot omelettes. The service is incredibly efficient but not in your face. Everyone is really nice and makes sure your stay is as pleasant as possible. Turn down is twice a day which makes it feel very luxurious. If you want to stay in a small boutique hotel with a very personal service in a great location that is definitely a place I would recommend.

My husband and I enjoyed a week at Mill Houses for our honeymoon (21 May 2013). From the welcome at the airport through to departure the staff were excellent and made our holiday a really pleasurable experience. The rooms were simple but beautiful with amazing views across the sea (fabulous sunset). It is a short walk into town and there are numerous restaurants within a 5-10 minute walk. We had a bottle of bubbly on our arrive which was a nice touch and the breakfasts each morning served on the balcony were excellent. Would highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a romantic break.

Spectacular location. Was really happy that the staff carried our two 20 kilo bags down the 200 plus steps to our accommodation. One on the shoulder and one in hand. Amazing views and lovely room and our own deck with table and chairs and loungers. Nice pool and restaurant and infinity hot pool. Would return any time to this paradise.

We had a great time in Rhodes and at the Sun Beach Hotel. We were there during the off season- last week the hotel was open before the winter shut down. It was very quiet which was just what we were looking for. The front desk clerks were very helpful and friendly. They really looked after us and because it was quiet they upgraded our room. They also let us check out later which us helpful. The restaurant staff were very nice and professional. The food was delicious and there was always lots of it. We rented a car from the company that is based out of the hotel and once again that worked out great. We are planning on going back and when we do we will stay at Sun Beach.

Lovely huge rooms that are frequently tidied, a huge jacuzzi, separate bathroom and great air conditioning. The beds were very comfy and the food at the bar (or delivered free to your room by the butler) was very tasty indeed - cocktails at the bar were also very nice as well. Breakfast is continental style, so nothing cooked apart from eggs but it was tasty and filled us up for the morning, not to mention the wonderful view out past the bar to the sea. Complimentary towels for the beach or pool if you ask, as well as free access to the casino if you like that sort of thing. Complimentary bottle of champaign when we arrived (we were on honeymoon) Staff were always friendly, polite and very helpful. Wonderful hotel, probably one of the best I've ever stayed at - was very sad to leave!
