If you want a hotel with character in Dubai then the Arabian courtyard and Spa is perfect. It feels eastern butwith modern comforts and the staff are amazing. Nothing is too much trouble and they wil go out of their way to help. We booked an executive room which didn't cost a lot more but came with breakfast, coffee, soft drinks and cakes all day and three branded alcoholic drinks each evening with canapes. These were all served in the Executive lounge which never got busy and was a lovely place to relax. Ask for a highfloor room overlooking the museum and you should also get a view of the creek. The hotel is in the Silk Souk which actually means loads of material shops selling every type of material you can think of and will also make clothes for you. Dubai creek was a short walk away through tiny alleys selling all sorts of goods. They do try to sell you things but arenot as pushy as Egypt or Tunisia. On the other side of the creek is the gold and spice souk and you can get across on an Arabic boat called an Abra which costs 20p.All in all a great place to stay.

Amazing!! if you have children this is a must everything you could ask for under one roof. Perfect! However be careful when you check out as things where added to our bill we had not used (internet & mini bar items) so double check you bill!!

I was disappointed to see the the hotel and service given by the staff.

We had a good food from the room service. I was not happy with the internet services since its chargeable and very slow. overall is very good.

Good value hotel We stayed for two weeks and the managers and hotel staff were exceptional in their service and most helpful with any request. When the hotel was full the staff were still friendly and courteous even though they were very busy. The hotel is conveniently located opposite the beach and near shopping in Ben YeHuda Street and Desingov street. This hotel offers "good value for your money" and I would recommend it to anyone. Ben Yehuda apartments are centrally located just a few minutes walk to the beach. Our room was spotlessly clean and comfortable. The staff were very friendly and helpful and provided us with lots of advice about tours and where is good to go to sample Tel Aviv's nightlife. I would definitely recommend this hotel.
