Would recommend this to anyone . My stay in PR was an unforgetable one. It was very relaxinv and most of all, everyone always had a smile on their face.

Everything about this hotel was perfect during our stay. Everything from the building, the room, the staff, and everything the hotel had to offer. We couldn't ask for more, but when we did, our needs were met. Our experience at this hotel was truly inspiring, and we talked about the hotel just as much as our time at the beach, rain forest, and bio bay activities. This hotel is way more than "just a place to stay", it truly offers an experience of it's own. Our hotel rooms were cleaned daily, and the cleaning staff were very friendly, professional, and good at their job. Each time we returned to our rooms, it felt like the first day we checked in, sometimes with chocolate treats on the bed to make us feel special. Little things made our night even better. Each room was equipped with a soundproof screen door in between the bedroom door at the bedroom. This came in handy if we wanted to keep out any noise throughout the night. This was a special surprise. Keep in mind that Puerto Rico is HOT! But as soon as we stepped into our rooms, we noticed how cool and refreshing the air conditioning was. This was another pleasant surprise. In summary, we would love to return to Puerto Rico, and we will only be staying at Hotel El Convento, and we only recommend this hotel. Do not be fooled by the authentic historic architecture, this building has tons to offer without sacrificing it's beauty. We learned a lot about El Viejo San Juan from this hotel, and we would have it no other way!
