Rooms frequently cleaned although room could do with a makeover renovation, stained chairs, carpets etc but I guess you get that when you have a smokers room, which was great for me. Lobby simply gorgeous, staff very accommodating, wifi bit dubious but at least it was free, it just kept cutting out and you had to ring reception all the time. Great location across the road from the train station, street away from red light district (a must see), cruises and shopping strip. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the hotel and would recommend it to anyone and everyone.

Hotel was within walking distance of where the river cruise ships dock --- 15 minutes. It was directly across from Center Station in Amsterdam (main transportation hub). Canal boats are between the Hotel and Central Station. The hotel was conveniently located for many local attractions, shopping, and many, many eating places. the Hotel provided storage space for our luggage prior to the room being available at no cost. Great place to stay --- would highly recommend the facility. Cost was a little too high is the only negative. When we departed Amsterdam to return home, we took the train at Central Station to the airport for only 4.4 Euro --- very reasonable and a five minute walk to the train from the hotel. Time to the airport on the train was only 15 minutes.

This hotel is definitely five stars and you should expect to pay accordingly, but we got a decent price through Expedia for a seven-night stay and we felt it was worth the cost given the great location, quality of the facilities, and friendliness and professionalism of the staff. The staff did try to up-sell us to a more expensive room, but that is their job and they readily accepted our polite decline of the offer. Their restaurants are expensive and we never ate there, but there are a number of reasonable and very good eateries right next to the hotel on Damstraat, as well as excellent cheese and chocolate shops. Rene's is a superb pastry shop. We would buy cheese and breakfast rolls in the evening for our own in-room breakfast the next morning. Try Mas y Mas, either the steak house or Italian sides, for great food, generous portions, decent prices. and a fun-loving international staff.

As advertised, right in the centre Maastricht. Walk to everything in the centre of the old town.

Prettig hotel en kamer, alleen wat zwarte schimmel op de kitrand van de badkam. Goeie ligging, geen lawaaioverlast. Aardig personeel.

This hotel was all you would expect from a modern hotel. It is rather unassuming in appearance but very well located for the main shopping streets in The Hague and for the royal palace, houses of parliament and main concert hall and dance theatre. The room I stayed in was well furnished, possibly a little compact but not the smallest room I have stayed at in this region. The breakfast buffet featured a good range of cooked meats, fish, cereals, fruits and pastries, much as you would expect from any good hotel. All in all a very good modern hotel, with efficient and helpful staff and a very good location for any traveller visiting The Hague.
