The great staff and decent price make up for lack of other amenities you might get at the more expensive places. IE, refrigerator, pay-per-view.

“Glad I stayed here”

Front Desk and ALL other staff always made sure to give a greeting and to wish a good day/stay; all shifts included. Pool was always attended by a diligent and alert Lifeguard. Pool was also VERY clean and refreshing which surprised me for a "hotel" pool. Breakfast was better than expected with atleast two hot choices each morning. Fresh coffee/tea was ALWAYS available in the lobby/lounge area. Room and bedding was clean and crisp. I was here for a full work week and the room allowed for internet access and the ability to do catch-up work in the evening. Cookies or brownies in the evening at the front desk.

“Great bed”

I stayed here because it was close to friends I was visiting. The bed was the most comfortable bed I have ever slept in. Even with a storm raging outside, the hotel was very quiet.

I was able to check in early when I arrived several hours before the usual check in time. The room was great, staff were excellent and the daily breakfast was fantastic.

“soccer weekend in Germantown Md”

The hotel was packed over the Memorial Day weekend for the regional soccer tournament. We were visiting relatives, but were impressed with how well the hotel staff handled the crowd. The breakfast buffet was well stocked and there was enough food and juice to keep the teenagers (and us too) satisfied.

This was a great hotel for the cost. Everyone who worked there went out of their way to be kind and helpful. The bed was comfortable and the room very clean. The dining area was well organized and there was plenty of room for sitting. We walk each day and were happy and safe walking in that neighborhood.
