De deur badges of de elektronische deur sloten van onze kamer functioneerde niet goed; we moesten dagelijks naar de receptie om de badges te “ resetten” anders geraakten we niet in onze kamer.
Diner: de koude gerechten van buffet stonden niet op koude koel platen. De warme gerechten waren onvoldoende heet.
