Courteous and Professional Staff provided excellent customer services. The bed was comfortable, room was maintained, but the handle on tub needed attention, and there were two missing bulbs in the room for the duration on nightstand lamps. Moreover, my concern rests with the condition of elevator at facility, (i.e., slow and the inspection date of 2022). Nevertheless, I'm recommending the America's Best Value Inn and Suites to guests contemplating a visit or visits there. Thank you for the opportunity to complete this review.

Courteous and Professional staff. Regarding the elevator, I noticed the inspection is due on this very important equipment, according to the sticker, it was checked in 2022. Rooms were cleaned when I returned from work. My client, who was required to travel for a meeting, was pleased with their room. I am recommending this America's Best Value Inn and Suites to prospective guests contemplating a visit or visits in Brunswick, GA.

We were given 2 towels, 1hand towel, 1 washcloth for our 3 night stay. Our shower and sink were clogged with hair. We bought a small drain tool and cleared the clogs ourselves. The floor was dirty in our room as well as in the lobby and elevator. No tv guide in the room so we had to look up the Directv guide on our phones. And lastly, we only had 1 lamp because the others had blown bulbs.
