The room as very dark, basically no ceiling lights, just desk lamp and standing lamp and small spots next to the bed. Room feels dirty and on the dark floor dirt can be seen everywhere once one looks in more detail; no windows can to be opened and smell of the kitchen everywhere. Out of 5 days 3 the bathroom was merely cleaned. one day I found back the cleaners dirty rag on the sink, another the dirty towels were put in the corner but forgotten to pick up. Used teacups were not cleaned. Noisy daily at 23:30 when somewhere in the hotel the conference/dinner tables ere moved around. Keycard did not work 80% of the time, meaning waiting in line to get the card fixed; charging room service to the card takes 30 mins of explanation on how to do it. The entire hotel is a mess: service, tidiness, noise and comfort and that for 330 EUR a night!

Regarding the issue with windows not being able to open, this is a security measure in high-rise hotel buildings, but all our rooms are equipped with ventilation systems to provide fresh air.We are aware of the inadequacies in the level of service of the housekeeping department, and rest assured that your comment will be discussed during the next management meeting. It is indeed not the purpose for meeting rooms to be set up at 23:30 at night, and we apologize for the noise. This will also be discussed in order for it not to happen again.
