'The staff were very helpful. The room was only cleaned once during a 10 day stay. Towels were always available upon request at front desk. The breakfast was the same each day. Which found us searching for breakfast elsewhere for a change. What was offered was good. Just no variety. The hot tub and pool were a hit with the family!'

'The beds were uncomfortable, the blankets were ridiculously thin, the breakfast was so bad, we had only 1 facecloth in our room?!?. The special details in this hotel are lacking to say the least. Save your money and go somewhere else.'

'Amazing will stay again but the mattress is not great. Needs updating but everything else was amazing. No desk to work at for business but there’s a bar stool at kitchen counter. Location was fantastic. Restaurants stores walking distance. Hopefully the mattresses will get updated. Our actuallly sweated every time you moved!'

'Showers were cold. Everything else was fine, but no hot water (or not enough to actually enjoy a shower) is unacceptable. Stayed several others and we all had the same issue.'

'The staff was really friendly and accommodating. The room appeared nice when we entered but there was a heavy musty smell in the room and the third of the room by the window was damp. Otherwise the room was clean and well maintained.'
