Rustig gelegen doorreishotel
Geplaatst op 25 mei 2018 op HotelsBeetje verouderd maar goed gelegen budgethotel. Voldoende parking. Binnenzwembad is een pluspunt. Buitenzwembad was niet open. Ruime kamer met goede WiFi en televisie. Voldoende handdoeken en toiletartikelen. Koffiezet en koelkast.

Geplaatst op 6 jun. 2016 op HotelsDe kamer was wel redelijk, maar de televisie was nog uit het jaar nul, met ook nog een hele slechte ontvangst. De muren leken van bordkarton, enorm gehorig. Wanneer de gasten van de bovenverdieping rondliepen, leek het of het plafond naar beneden kwam. Dat merkten we pas 's nachts.
De kamers waren niet duur, maar ook niet echt goedkoop, waardoor het extra vervelend was dat er geen ontbijt was. Maar een prima restaurantje in de buurt (Ann & Fran's) maakte dat dan wel weer goed.

We were given a handicap room which was not the issue.The front desk knew the condition of the room so I honestly believe it was given to use out of spit.The reason I say so: Originally they couldn't find our reservation because I said it was under my name but we actually booked the place under my wife's name.We took what they gave us.It was a second floor back of the place with a view of the dumpster.I then grabbed my phone, which I originally left in the car when first checking in I then went back to the front desk and informed them of my error. The price ended up being a whole day less booking with Expedia. I know she didn't appreciate that & the extra work.I could see it in her face. So she stuck us in the worst room in the place in my estimation. There was an air freshener & that was the first thing I noticed. We were in a mold infested room. The furniture smelled horrible when you opened the drawers. The floor was laminate faux wood. The bathroom had mold in the grout & the caulking was done so amazingly amateurish. The floor were disgustingly dirty. I even politely mentioned it to housekeeping. I reserve my opinion on them. I even went to the front desk on our last night of stay & asked for a replacement of the Air Wick liquid despenser & mentioned the condition of the room. They didn't offer to change our room. I've been around the world 4X, India, all of the Caribbean, all of Asia from Hong Kong to Thailand. This place discriminates against people of color!

Don't stay there
Geplaatst op 9 okt. 2022 op HotelsWe were greeted by a friendly receptionist and given directions to our room. The room was clean and comfortable and we decided to check our the jacuzzi.
The pool and the jacuzzi were filled with kids and parents. It had a thick layer of sand on the bottom. After 10 minutes , parents left and the kids continued playing in the jacuzzi ignoring my request to call their parents. I saw an 11-years old girl coming out of the men's sauna. I was concerned,
Many people live in the hotel and they really don't care if you are there on vacation trying to rest. Many of the permanent residents are smoker so the smoke can be felt in all areas including our room and the pool. Our neighbors
were having an online meeting outside after 10 pm while smoking. We felt and heard it all. The window had a crack and perhaps the smoke were going through it. It wasn't fun.

We loved having the balcony to enjoy at night before bed and in the morning with our caffeine! My only complaint is that I wish there had been a coffeemaker in the room but it really wasn’t a huge deal that there wasn’t.
