Goede locatie alleen wel rumoerig vanwege een bar tegenover de B&B.

Goede keuze op een toplocatie!
Geplaatst op 29 nov. 2015 op HotelsGoed b&b, goede prijs kwaliteit verhouding. Ik had een enorme kamer, een mooie kamer en het was er erg rustig. Badkamer bij de kamer en het ontbijt was Siciliaans maar lekker. Met gebakjes. De gastheer/dame waren erg gastvrij en hielpen mij goed bij vragen/verzoekjes. De kamer is schoon, alleen waren er veel dode muggen tegen de muur bij het bed. Daar had wel een doekje overheen gehaald mogen worden.
De locatie is echt top! Midden in het centrum bij alle winkels en alle bezienswaardigheden. Het was stil s nachts en heb er heel goed geslapen.

Locatie: Caracteristic B&B in a elegant building.
First of all a very warm welcome from the owner of the Bed and Breakfast. We asked for a possibility of checking in late and said we would arrive at 23:00. When we arrived much later due to a delay, the owner Pietro, waited for us untill 00:00 oçlock and still told us that it wasn't a problem at all. He was very hospital and gave us a good warm welcome. The rooms are neat and clean, also the bathroom was very clean and comfortable. Breakfast was good also and the breakfast times weren't as strict as we tought it would be. The owner never made a problem of anyting and was very easy going, much appreciated when on a holliday. The atmosphere was like a family atmosphere and we felt very comfortable during our stay. Would stay here again if possible in the future.
When we checked out before 11:00 o'clock Pietro offered us to store our bagage because we were flying out late at night, this was very nice of him. This way we could wander around in Catania's marker without dragging our Luggage with us.

Very nice; very noisy!

Locatie: right on a very busy, central street
It is a very nice b&b in the centre of the buzzling city of Catania. The owner is very nice and welcoming. There is secure and safe parking space available at a small price (5eur) and this was all communicated in advance. The rooms are nice and spacious, not just a standard entrance with bathroom on the side and then the room. We had a very big room with aircon. The only downside to the b&b was the extreme level of noise that enters the room from outside. It is written on the reservation form that they can't guarantee a noise free room so they're very honest about it, but it was really terrible in our room. We faced the street (you're in a city so deal with it is what I think) but there was a party going on across the street, buses are coming by, people yelling, ...
We would recommend this lovely b&b to everyone once they've installed double glazing because at the moment the room on the street isn't recommendable.

Locatie: Gut gelegen für Besichttigungen und zum Feiern
Für Kurzurlaub super geeignet. Viele Kneipen in der Nähe.
Würde aber Auto empfehlen

Voordelen: personale molto gentile, camera all'interno con tutti i comfort, colazione più che sufficiente
Nadelen: beh visto dalla strada la facciata dell'immobile non è proprio il massimo e se hai la camera sulla strada di sera è un po' rumorosa...
Locatie: a pochi passi dal centro (5 minuti a piedi) sei in Duomo, al mercato Pescheria, al Teatro Bellini ecc..ecc
abbiamo trovato per caso questo B&B dove abbiamo dormito 6 notti. Personale gentilissimo e molto disponibile, le prime 3 notti eravamo in una stanza un po' rumorosa (nel senso che dava sulla strada principale). Le seconde 3 notti ci hanno spostato in una stanza più grande e molto confortevole che dava all'interno di un cortile, quindi molto silenziosa e tranquilla. La prima colazione era ottima, e soprattutto il sorriso del personale ti fa iniziare bene la giornata. La posizione del B&B è eccellente, a pochi passi si è in Pzza Duomo, al Teatro Bellini, ed a tutti i monumenti più importanti di Catania (Teatro Romano Odeon, Chiesa di San Francesco ecc..ecc..). La posizione è ideale anche per visite nei paesi limitrofi (noi avevamo un'auto ma vale lo stesso anche per i mezzi pubblici che sono a portata di mano..) . Insomma da consigliare assolutamente.

Ombokad till ett annat b&b

Maintenance is poor
Geplaatst op 9 aug. 2016 op HotelsFirst the staircase up to the hotel is horrible and poorly maintained. The water dripping sound of the air conditioner is a bit annoying especially at night. The roaring sound of the water tank every time you use water is really a nightmare.

Good value friendly B&B
Geplaatst op 13 jul. 2016Very helpful and friendly staff. Hotel is right next to bus stop to & from Catania Airport. Few minutes walk in to city centre, and about 15 mins walk from train station. Good choice of breakfast. Although hotel is on a main road, our room was very quiet. Effective air conditioning.

Voordelen: Le personnel, le calme, la bonne situation de l’hôtel et l'architecture de la chambre
Locatie: A 5 min à pied de la Piazza Duomo. A proximité des restaurants, des boutiques, du marché. Près de la Via Etnea. Non loin du théâtre grec.
L'hôtel est bien situé, nous sommes proche des restaurants, des boutiques et du terminal de bus.
Le personnel est très bien, accueillant et très serviable. Elle nous as indiqué les bus, montré les plages. On nous as laissé déjeuner plutôt le jour de notre vol pour rentrer. Les chambres sont nettoyés tous les jours.
