“Nice hotel and furnishings make it feel like a castle”
Nice hotel and furnishings make it feel like a castle. Access to the park is easy from the courtyard in the back of the hotel.
“Absolutely superb!”
Fabulous hotel in great location. The check in was very friendly and although we couldn't get into our room until 3pm we were able to leave our luggage in a separate room. We went with friends and the check in host was able to move our rooms next to each other, no problem at all. Our hotel room (standard family no a/c) was fantastic. A great size with bunk beds for the children, a big double bed and comfortable pillows! The ensuite had a shower, not a bath, but again was a great size. The restaurant for dinner had a kids play area which meant they coukd play until dinner arrived. Food was ok, not superb but not bad either - the children's menu was good. Breakfast was excellent - I've stayed in lots of hotels but this was by far the best choice of food. Really impressed. We will definitely return.

the hotel was really nice,the room is big and the view is nice ,neat,clean rooms.very well decorated hotel,friendly staff.my kids looveeed the hotel and the trip all together .located just outside the park so it was less then a minute' s walk..really convinient..definetly not the last time there!!!!!

Excellent atmosphere and location
“Excellent theme hotel”
Very impressed with the quality of the hotel. The castle theme is well-executed throughout and the attention to detail is excellent, from camoflauged beverage machines on each floor to rustic wooden furniture in the rooms. My 3 year old son really felt like he was staying in a castle! We had a standard room with one double-bed and a set of bunk beds, which our children loved. Both the bedroom and bathroom were very spacious, particularly compared to many other European hotel rooms. Our room was not air-conditioned, but we did not expect it to be, as most of the hotels we stay in in Europe are not. However, if this is important to you, then check out the newest Europa Park resort, which I believe has AC in all of its rooms. The staff was very friendly and helpful. I would highly recommend this hotel.
“Great family hotel”
We really enjoyed our stay at this hotel. It was very welcoming and warm with great facilities for a family with children of all ages. The view wasn't the best, but we didn't come for sightseeing or staying in the room all day. The buffet was a little pricey for what you get in terms of quality, but they do offer a great selection of foods. Breakfasts were lovely and the overall feel of the hotel and resort was great. We will definitely be back to this resort!
“Great Hotel for Kids”
We enjoyed our stay at this hotel. Our 6 year olds twins loved the bunk bed and the castle theme. Our room was conveniently located next to Europa Park, we got to watch some shows from our windowand see the rides from our window.The breakfast buffet was excellent and the dinner buffet is excellent for children and allright for adults. Children will enjoy their stay at this hotel.

Overall great park, v. good hotels. Staff were v. friendly, Excellent buffets both breakfast and dinner with great value for money. I would strongly recommended to all families if they have a chance to go. I would recommed hotels to get ice makers in all floors and much preferable if they get small fridges in rooms. Also the park closed early on Sunday eve @ 8 pm, then express train stopped same time, we had to walk all the way to our hotel from the end of the park after v. tiring day. They should have kept the train going at least 30-40 min after closing time to make it easier to return to hotels. All our family were v. happy with the 2 days we spent there.
