The entire place reeked of chlorine, the bed sheets smelled like Indian food, and there was nobody to greet me at the front desk when I arrived.

Always my number one spot in Gurnee, but the breakfast was the worst I’ve ever seen it in all my stay over the past 2-3 years. Either get rid of free breakfast or do better it was embarrassing both mornings

Well, not a whole lot to like. Had to change rooms because it smelled like an ashtray. Piece of the microwave was missing. Definitely needs updated. Stained towels and matress cover. Breakfast was so so. They never replenished items such as yogurt, fruit, bagels. Although the pool was small, it was clean as was the hot tub. Wont be staying there again.

The sheets was nasty and had stains in them, the staff got mad and had a nasty attitude after we told them we didn’t want to stay, and that we wanted a refund..

I checked in went to the room & was totally disappointed with what I saw. Tye sheets was nasty trash was still on the floor…so me & my family decided not to stay & they only refundee us for one night si they charged me a hundred dollars because their hotel was nasty….they’re all living in this MOTEL including the housekeepers….
