Air conditioner seemed to freeze up and would not get below 72. It was very hot at times. Had them check it with no feedback or resolution. Other than that it was a great stay.

Had a great stay here. Great location in downtown. So many bars and restaurants you can walk to. Staff was very friendly and helpful. I had the double queen room. Very spacious and clean. They have a decent gym. My only complaint was the pool was closed. I didn't know that a lot of places in Chicago do that.

It was not what I expected. The hotel room had skittles on the ground and the bathroom was dirty. I don’t think the cleaning personnel took their job serious as you could hear them laughing and socializing most of the time. The area was an unsafe area. I was disappointed.

The lobby gave a sense of a higher and experience while the rooms were no better than a mid range hotel. Comfy beds.
Note: If you’re looking to cast any movies from your personal decide to the TV you’re room, you won’t be able to do it here. Not a smart TV either.
Very short walk to the Pier and nice grocery store across the street.
For the price it wasn’t what i expected but it is downtown Chicago.
