'Room I booked on Expedia was different than the one I got, and Omni staff didn’t want to help. Didn’t stay the night bc it was not what I needed. The photos on Expedia showed a nicer room than what they have. The pool area is mostly for kids, and the hot tub is a little gross. The lobby and other areas are fine it’s just dated.'

'Het hotel ademt historie uit en verkeert in goede staat. Voor iedereen die geinteresserd is in JFK is dit een must. Kamers zijn ruim en klassiek ingericht. Beetje donker allemaal. Personeel is stijf en stug. Parkeren kan veel voordeliger in het Convention Center (in plaats van 69 dollar voor valletparking). Gelegen op een goede locatie op loopafstand van leuke restaurants en bezienswaardigheden. '
