Got a good deal for a decent quality room. The area is quiet and the rooms are cozy. The comfy bed and blackout curtain combo definately kept me well rested. The only flaw is that I had requested room service once, but never got any. There is a decent gym, clean pool, and the front desk has food, as well as a refrigerator full of drinks (juice, soda, water, wine, beer). Breakfast was decent and they have awesome bacon.

I did not enjoy my stay at all. I spent $360 and the first night the room had NO A/C so I slept in a hot room. And I have a pregnant wife. The staff would not move me until 2 days later. I never got fresh towel until day 4 of my 5 night stay. I was told “it will be 40 more mins” or “come back at noon” every day until I found the housekeepers and asked myself. I would like to be refunded my money but the best western only offered me $50 of a gift card and did not understand my situation at all. Terrible service all around.

Staff was great and very kind and helpful. I did find a cockroach in my room however. Notified the front desk and was told higher up would be notified and pest control would be done the next day.

The toilet did not work and the place was dirty and smelled like stale cigarettes. The front desk was aware of tthe yoilet and did nothing.

Very friendly staff...ladies at the front desk were engaging , large room. The breakfast wasn't the greatest, but hay its free.

Breakfast was the weakest facet of the stay. All else was very good. Staff was pleasant, on top of details and accommodating
