At a glance room looked clean, walls are super thin to where you can hear the next rooms conversations. First night I was there I didnt end up sleeping in my room but the second night I did, went to bed around midnight and was woken up around 4 am, covered in bed bug bites(I'm allergic)and even found one crawling on the pillow. Took pictures and video as proof, told the overnight lady at the front desk and it was like she was she didn't care at all, just wrote down the room number and that was it. No apology, or anything. I went back to my room and checked all my things and essentially wanted until the morning shift arrived mostly becuaee I figured the women on the night shift didn't care to pass along the message (which she didn't)
When I talked to the woman on the morning shift her automatic reply was "well why are you just telling us now,you've been here a few days" basically treating me like I'm just trying to get a free room. I didnt care about paying for the room but moreso cared about other people staying in the the room and being allergic such as myself. She gave me the email for the building and I sent them a email with the proof. Received a message saying that if they're contracted pest company found proof I'd be issued a refund, still haven't heard back nor recieved my refund. Definitely will not be coming back here again.
