Pool area was beautiful and very clean. Large area with plenty of chairs and a large poolside bar. The property is very dated, but we were told the entire property will be undergoing a renovation very soon. This time next year it will probably earn 5 stars but currently rooms are dark and dated. Location is right next to the airport so you do hear the planes. It is not located near downtown but the hotel does run an hourly shuttle. We had rental car and parking was free, which is a huge plus.

I don’t believe this is place is worth the price. It definitely needs to be renovated. It wasn’t a bad experience but for the price, we expected better. The rooms had some sort of old smell. The pool area is really nice and we definitely enjoyed that. The shuttle service to downtown was super nice. I think that if they did renovations and kept the please tidy and renewed, it would be a great place to stay again.

The worst experience ever. Spend almost $500 for night in a room with a wall against my window, therefore dark room, dirty carpet and even a roach I found on the sink. The hotel's laundry was right under our room, so the noise from industrial washers and dryers were non stop. Probably the worst room in the hotel. I requested to change rooms, but front desk didn't help. They told me it would be hours before they could have another room ready for me. And I would have to leave the room we were in, to wait for the other room. Then I asked about the noise and wall vibration coming from their industrial laundry. They told me the laundry would stop around 7pm and wouldn't start before 10am. They lied. The noise and the wall vibration didn't stop until 8:30PM and restarted around 7AM. Much better options and same rate in Key West
