I have been traveling to this resort for years and I realize it’s not their fault that they were struck by hurricane. My issue is that it wasn’t clearly stated when I booked that there was so many limitations and there was so much construction going on even though I called on several occasions to get my room cleaned, nobody ever came, not even to replaced towels. The amount of construction around the major areas to include the main pool was extremely inconvenient and rough to deal with. They really needs to be more notification of the current condition of the facilities.
