“Fantastic Quality hotel”

The hotel was much better than we could have hoped for, even though we saw great reviews before we booked. The staff were lovely and nothing was too much trouble. Highly recommended

“its not a hotel”

Although this is not a hotel(its a self catering apartment) it is a very nice place to stay. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The view from our windows was lovely and im sure this is true of all the apartments due to the layout of the buildings. Fantastic base for a fantastic holiday!

“Top Hotel Lake Garda”

Just returned from a week at the Residence Ca Del Lago on Lake Garda. Can not recommend this place enough great residence great location would defintely stay there again and with the car ferry at the bottom of the street you can cross the lake in 30 mins and go exploring. lovely quiet area of Torri Del Benaco.

“A great place to stay”

Clean, comfortable, quiet and with superb views, we can not recomend these apartments enough. Secure car parking is a bonus. The staff spoke fluent English and where a mine of useful information.

“Stunning views over the lake”

Nice appartment - this is not really a hotel - the reception is manned through the day only and they don't have much in the line of food although you can order breakfast and it will be left at your room each morning - you can get a croissant etc. at the new pool bar they have opened. We had a mixed week of weather so the cloudy/rainey days we went to nearby (by car) Gardaland, movieland and water park etc. The appartment is only about 600yds from the centre of town but it is down a steep enough road - I walked in most mornings and got fresh bread, cheese etc. and brought back to room which has a nice kitchenette - nice walk around the castle and refreshing - nice breeze of the lake. The price was a little higher than I would have liked but they don't charge for things like towels for the pool, sauna, fitness etc. - the bar is quite small but prices are not a rip off! Again the pool not very big but adequate and clean, really don't have any gripes except the weather which I guess they could not do much about!

“Great views in nice self-catering apartments”

This is less a hotel and more a set of self-catering apartments, which was exactly what we were looking for. The views over Lake Garda from our room were perfect and the room itself was ideal and had all the equipment we needed. We made use of the sauna which was the perfect way to unwind after a day of activity. The public transport connections (bus) were fairly regular and sufficent to get around the lake (with a little planning). A rental vehicle might be useful to get further afield. There is a car/passenger ferry which goes regularly to the other side of the lake about 5 minutes from the apartments. Bikes can be borrowed for free too! Would definitely stay here again.

“A lovely hotel in a lovely location”

This apart-hotel is lovely. The staff were very helpful and friendly, the accommodation was spacious and spotlessly clean with daily cleaning and clean linen every three days. There is a bar but no restaurant but the town of Torri provides you with loads of restaurants to choose from and with a small kitchen area in your room and a Spar nearby it's easy to survive. The hotel has beautiful views across Lake Garda and is only a few minutes walk from the town and harbour. The only downside was the pool - it is a small but lovely pool in a lovely setting but 'a place for peace, quiet & relaxation' - so our sons felt they had to be exceptionally quiet when in the pool and hence they didn't feel they could enjoy themselves as much. Overall though, a lovely place to stay in one of the best locations on the lake.

“Relaxed Holiday”

We stayed at Residence Ca Del Lago for a week in early May. The hotel is in the beautiful town of Torri Del Benaco. It is a 5 minute walk from the town centre and we had stunning views of the lake from our balcony. The hotel is self catering and there were adequate facilities for preparing meals. There are also communal laundry facilities. Residence ca del lago has a lovely swimming pool which we made good use of and a well stocked bar with beautiful views of the lake and town. The staff at the hotel were very helpful and spoke a number of languages. Torri itself is a relaxed town with excellent amenities. We recommend heading to one of the bars/cafes by the castle for morning coffee or evening drinks. A swim in the lake is a must but be prepared for it being a bracing dip! The town has some good delis and a small supermarket and monday is market day in Torri. We did not hire a car but got buses or ferries for day trips to Sirmione and Malcesine. All round it was a very enjoyable trip in a good hotel and ideal location.

This hotel surpassed our expectations. The location was fantastic, views amazing, and room was perfect for our family of 4.

Had a wonderful holiday. The accommodation was great and the staff were kind and friendly. If we return to the Italian Lakes we will definitely stay there.
