Super nice man, offered us “clear tape” to try to secure the curtain to the wall to help dampen the light. The property isn’t really super clean and restored for the price. 'I will start with the positives, the property is close to the strip and there is a shuttle stop right outside, which makes it easier to get to the strip and any other stops within Gatlinburg or Pigeon Forge area. Now the negatives, the manager on duty (who is usually there in the morning), is very rude and not helpful at all. Being in hospitality, she does not have a basic courtesy to take to someone who is a retiree and an aged person. Don’t try to even ask them for a different room, because...

'The room was always cleaned and beds made every day when we came back to our room. The restaurant was great in the morning with the breakfast bar or continental breakfast not so much if ordering in the evening. They needed a few more options. Also a lot of the staff couldn’t understand English or speak it very well. Overall it was a great stay. Would definitely stay there again.'
