“Great Hotel”

Great Hotel and Staff very curtious. Hotel has been nicely remodeled

“great hotel, great location”

the staff, especially at the restuarant is absolutely outstanding, everyone at the hotel is really kind and nice. the location is great if you're going to the highpointmarket. it's literally right in the center of all the showrooms. its great not having to go on a bus after you're already exhausted from the day. i'm usually extremely picky ... but the room was spacious and clean. i enjoyed it very much.

“Great hotel in the center of High Point”

Wonderful service-the staff could not be any friendlier or more helpful! You are treated like family and made feel welcome from the moment you enter the lobby. The room was very clean, and the bed was the most comfortable bed I have everslept on! The food service was very good-breakfast in the morning was great. This is the 4th time I have stayed, and I plan on returning to stay there in the future. Genuine southern hospitality at its best!

“Very Friendly Staff”

Hotel Staff was wonderful. The restaurant was not open when we arrived so the front desk staff could see that we were cold and tired and they offered several different options for delivery. Everyone that we encountered in the hotel were very professional and I would like to mention that the young lady in the restaurant on Sunday was such a joy and when my daughter realized that her appointment was earlier than she thought. The young women was very quick to pack our food to go and all with a smile and kind words. I would say the only bad thing about the hotel was the construction and all the work trucks that were parked in the entrance area leaving visitors no place to park when checking in.

Our stay was great but u need to know breakfast not included. Tv has bad reception staff was great and helpful to events around town also hotel is under remodeling

“Opportunist”

Had to stay one extra night and management chose to take advantage by charging high, Although it has been very nice to see the positive change with new management and the higher morale between the personnel...

The lobby is currently being redone and the restaurant was closed and the bar closed early. Disappointing but the room was very comfortable.

“Near HPU”

The restaurant was closed the whole time we were there (4 days) and none in walking distance. I guess they roll up the streets when the furniture market isn't open. Our room was pretty standard, but I think they were remodeling some of the hotel.

best part for me was the location!! clean and friendly staff, breakfast wasnt that great, but not pricey at all.

They were beginning construction in lobby. No signs directing to alternate entrance.
