'They overall stay was great the staff was very helpful and the place was clean. My only complaint would be travel to the parking deck it’s kind of aggravating. I stayed in room 521 and the shower head was a bit messed up but still worked just happens to leak a bit at the top. Loved staying at the double tree overall and had an amazing time on my Houston visit. Hope to come back and would definitely recommend to others and book again if needed.'

'Get ready to gain some pounds with a calorie high and nutrient low breakfast. The highway side rooms are a nightmare as the sound isolation is low and the noise is day and night. The rooms themselves are clean and look ok. Rooms on the other side of the building are good as of the noise. '

'Attached to the Galleria, the hotel is convenient if you want to shop 'til you drop, but is distant to the Houston downtown. I was there only for one night for a medical course, but the hotel lacks a restaurant of its own, with only a bar in the lobby area. There is food from the bar which is decent. 'The elevator was out the entire time I was there. They were fully booked the first night I was there and my bathroom smelled light a dead rotting rat. I got moved the next day. I have stayed here twice before for a conference but I won’t next year.'

'This facility went above and beyond to ensure we were happy throughout our stay. The location was convenient and the amenities were exceptional. They have every other day room service with help upon request which is normal today and they replenish your rooms snacks and drinks daily which was surprising and inviting.
