Great hotel, friendly staff and amazing location!
Only minus is they take a reservation on your creditcard (which is very common) however it’s been 5 weeks and the reservation has still not been released…

Hotel staff were very nice and helpful.
Deco was super cute.
The harbour view suite was not the one pictured/sold to me on expedia. It was smaller with a little balcony. The hotel website has the correct pictures and information with a virtual tour. It was still lovely with some nice welcome gifts. Location is great, lots of restaurants and shopping. I will be back!

The hotel rooms are somewhat outdated, but I lucked out with an upgrade to a top-floor room boasting an amazing view. Despite this, the exceptional location and the friendliness and helpfulness of the staff more than compensate. It's situated in a very convenient and vibrant area, teeming with dining options and places to enjoy drinks. Highly recommended

Hôtel très bien placé a 5mn du métro , zone avec des bars a 5mn, des restaurants partout et proche de centrale et des ferry: bref tout est a côté...
Chambre un peu petite et un peu vieillotte mais propres et bien équipé s, ça reste un excellent hôtel avec un bon rapport qualité/ prix pour l'emplacement: j'y retournerai avec plaisir

Great location. Dining options galore at every price point. Courteous and efficient staff. My only (minor) complaint? The room was tiny. Not really much to be done about that. It would have been great for a single person, but tight for two.

위치 너무 좋고 직원들 영어가능에 친절햇어요
생각보다 방이 너무 좁고 낡긴햇는데
그래두 만족합니당
아 위치는 좋은데 올라갈때 캐리어 들고가긴 무리입니다
체크아웃때는 택시불러서 나갓어요~~
