'I went thru Expedia and when I booked a room in duluth I specifically asked for a ground level room with a walk out patio,verified 3 times a ground level room and a patio,the gentleman who booked my room assured me of that was what I would get. I drove 4 hours went to check in and I had a room on the 11th floor and the hotel had No rooms with patios!!! Very disappointing.'

'The price of the hotel was ridiculous. Over 300$. I was expecting a really nice place. Don't get me wrong. It was clean and modern. We had two rooms and both had pieces of the bathroom that were falling off. And had to fix a toilet and one of the toilet seats was really loose and pinched skin. The beds were very comfy! The breakfast was the bomb....So so good. The staff was amazing and very accommodating and super friendly. The only reason I give it 3 stars is the price. Way way to over priced....

'The studio room was wonderful! We loved the fully-functioning kitchen and the room was just pleasant. The only drawback we found was dust (?) on the closet shelf. We had bag there, and when we pulled it down something like white dust covered our clothes. Otherwise, the room and service was great. We will come back.'

'Wonderful place! Loved my room! So quaint and a cute balcony. Very comfortable bed where I slept like a baby. Comfortable stuffed chairs, cute small tables for eating, drinking and playing cards. Each room has their own bathroom! Some with jacuzzis, clawed bathtubs, showers etc. this is definitely an advantage to have your own bathroom. I will go again and stay longer than 3 days!coffee and pastries are a delight in the AM. I also went on a helicopter ride! What an amazing experience!'
