'Got there at 1030 after a late flight. Upon arriving the front desk clerk argued with me for 30 minutes that I had already checked in. Come to find out he had checked in the wrong family and gave my room to them. And then said they were “sold out”. I asked numerous times if he checked that persons ID and he said he was pretty sure he did and that it was my name. Fortunately it was someone we know so we were able to finally get it switched out.
Got to the room and there was hair all over the...

'Stay away from this hotel! Staff are rude, arrogant and disrespectful! I was called “Ahole” by front desk agent on Jun/6 2:35 am. I was driving from Cincinnati to Cleveland and I knew I will arrive late. I called hotel at 10:39 pm to notify them about late arrival around 2 AM. The front desk agent said no problem we will be waiting for you. I arrived at 2:35 AM finding out from the front desk staff that my reservation is gone!!
I was frustrated so I asked what to do, I just drove 3.5 hours...

'I booked the stay seeing breakfast was included, until the morning we were noticed that breakfast was not included. I don't know which side was wrong, but disappointed about this part, the day was raining so heavily and the whole family has to rush to find a place to eat because kids so starve'

'The room was clean. The mattress needs to be replaced. I have stay twice in May and both times the elevator was broken. Luckily I was able to a room on first floor, it was handicapped accessible. Not the greatest!
Staff was friendly!
I am hoping they remodel soon ! This place is convenient for my visit to see grandkids!'
