'My stay was okay. The front desk called me around 9:30pm -10:00pm. The people below us had complained we were stepping to hard on the floor and they could'nt sleep. I never had a call from hotels I stayed at and tell us that. So I felt bad and tried not to step to much on the floor, which I should'nt feel uncomfortable in my own room worrying if Im bothering the lower level. We could'nt relax in our room.'

'This place was recommended to me by a fellow traveler who raved about the location. I will not recommend to anyone and I will not stay there again.
The room supposedly was not ready upon my arrival at 1230pm, but it was a scam to get me to upgrade to the main building for an additional $25 - $35 per night. In hindsight I should have paid the extra to avoid rolling my luggage across 1 mile of carpet including a steep incline. The cleanliness of the room was unacceptable. The air conditioner...

'We stayed 1 night, the place was clean, & check in was easy with ample close parking. The room was nice stocked with a mini fridge, coffee maker, ironing board, and a tv. It seemed like someone had poured coffee grinds in the water dispenser and no one caught it (unusable) and most tv stations werent accessible; they are listed on menu but not working. Bathtub plug was loose.
The breakfast was free and decent.
We do recommend the property, but its not as "awesome" as some had put it'

'Stayed a night to go to Grand Canyon and some shopping. Friendly staff, good beds and shower and WiFi and pool although jacuzzi was out of order. Breakfast does not meet the hurdle, bad Coffee/ scrambeld eggs not good. Isn't worth the money. '

'We came for my daughter's graduation and they were able to give us adjoining rooms, which was nice. These days it's rare to get cleaning every day, but they did offer it which was nice. The man making the eggs in the breakfast room was very friendly. Parking was easy and we we close to everything we needed to be close to.'
