'The staff was quick with communication about the check-in process and late check-out requests. I just hope they clean outside the rooms so it feels welcoming.'

'We stayed in Hampton inn Maui north shore. We opted for ocean facing with refrigerator and microwave. The stay was very nice and the staff were friendly. It hosts a private beach right behind the property. Very convenient to travel west and east of Maui'

'The room smells moldy. Now I have a respiratory problem. Hopefully it goes away soon. Was really bad mold smell. How can you keep renting it out. Mold and ashtray smell. You can hear the water dripping between the shower wall and sink. Probably why smells moldy. Noise during night, sounds like a helicopter all night outside the window, was loud enough to keep you awake. Front desk staff during check in was very nice.'

'The property and rooms are very nice. Very lush and beautiful landscaping and easy walk to the beach. The staff are very friendly and helpful. The issues that we had is that the air conditioner in the room was either not working properly, or undersized for the room. We had it set at 68 and it was hot in the room. We tried to turn it down to 66 and eventually 64, and I have a temp meter and the room was reading 80 degrees at night. It was very uncomfortable to sleep. We couldn't open the windows...

'Net hotel met fijne kamers. Ontbijt was goed, Tevita "the breakfast guy" doet goed zijn werk en is erg aardig! Zwembad en jacuzzi zijn helaas al vroeg dicht waardoor we er geen gebruik van hebben kunnen maken.'

'Nona Lani Cottages are cute cottages in a wonderfull garden setting. The beach is just across the road. The owner is a lovely lady who is friendly and very helpfull. I like that it is a local business and not part a big company. If you are looking for privacy, amazing flowers, and some nice relaxing time, the cottages are a great choice. '

'We had a great time. Wonderfull place! Just the pool needs some maintenance.'

'From the moment we checked in until the time we left, the staff were nothing short of phenomenal. Their kindness, hospitality, and attention to detail made our stay truly memorable.'

'Location, room size and staff are excellent. Beach and property well maintained and just beautiful. We did not use the pool as we did not want to fight for a chair - guests lined up before 8am to reserve chairs. Beach area and chairs were perfect.'

'Amazing property. Only thing we'd change is the quality of the coffee in the room. Would have been nice to have some better quality coffee / coffee maker to match the high standard of the room and the property in general. Other than that, we had an unforgettable time!'

'We only stayed one night, however the staff were very helpful. We had a night time visitor (one of the property's cats) which we loved. The room was small but well appointed. The property is really cool with tons of amenities and the location was right in the middle of all of the action. Loved it!'

'I love how they have sunscreen for everyone, towels and lots of options for food. Dislike our room was dirty upon arrival, but that wasn’t that big of a deal to us. Everything cost extra including parking. Just feels like they try to nickel and dime everything. Some things should just be left alone. Other than that is was great!'

'The location is excellent and having direct beach access is definitely a major plus. Unfortunately, the property itself is in need of significant improvements. Our room had a strong humid, musty odor that was very unpleasant. We had to sleep with the windows open because whenever the room was closed up, opening the door would bring back the heavy smell immediately. The walls and carpeting also appeared worn and unclean. While the location is wonderful, I don't think I would stay here again...
