Great stop over hotel in Istanbul
Geplaatst op 19 sep. 2023 op HotelsI had a stop over in Istanbul for one night, so just literally needed a hotel for a single night, with the intention of spending the next day around the city. I have been to Istanbul many times, so was familiar with the area etc. I picked this hotel because it is close to the metro and tram facilities. It took longer than expected to get in from the new airport, so I didn't check in till midnight this was not a problem. They were expecting me, and in moments I had my key card and was shown to my room. Size wise the room was totally fine, as I said I just needed a few hours of sleep and get ready for an early start. All the features as specified, fridge, air con etc.
In the morning I had the breakfast, was good pretty much what I was expecting. Had some toast and tea and was ready to get going.

Personal war nett aber Sauberkeit war nicht so gut und Gardinen waren sehr dreckig

PİTTY ! BUT NOT CORRECT ! U STAYED ALMOST FREE CAZ OF OUR FOULT AND CLEANNİNG WAS SO GOOD WE CHECK ROOMS AFTER HAUSKEEPİNG EVERY DAY,CURTAINS WASNOT BUYED BEFORE U COME BUT THEY ARENT OLD..İNSTEAD OF LOOKİNG FOR FLAWS TRY TO BE KİND TO PEOPLE WHO SERVES U !

Take a pair of pliers with you if you want showers

Service desk was rude, gave them an average rating only because i heard people are rude in Istanbul compared to the rest of Turkey.
Elevator was too small the person showing us the room, took the stairs with only 2 of us.place was dirty and noisy. In the morning I got up to take a shower and the diverter from normal faucet to had shower is stuck in place and I couldn’t get it to work so I didn’t get to take a shower. If you need a hammer and a toolbox to take a shower, maybe stay away. Room number 102.

u r not honest !! u made everything problem,elevator is for 4 person,room was always clean,and never there is noiss !! only the customers might be noisy at that time maybe and ıf u compare from anything we would solve the problem , we regret ur insults !!!

This part of the city is very busy with workers transporting/carrying packages of clothing. The only reason for staying here is that it is near the IDO ferry which departs early in the morning but there are better hotels in the neighborhood which I'd rather stay at next time.
