Appalling, frightening. Beware!
Geplaatst op 13 mei 2019 op HotelsI arrived and the hotel was closed. I had booked 3 nights in a ‘guaranteed’ room but found myself distressed and alone. I took photos: the hotel was in darkness and completely deserted. I told Hotels .com over a month ago and they have taken no notice and done nothing.

Dear Khun Leslie, I have to apologize for the appalling feeling that you have got. During your period, our hotel doesn't have any other booking except yours. During night time, it is very quite around that area as it is an old town for residential area and we do have security every night In this case, you can come back to stay with us for free for 2 nights. Villa La Grand Perla is in a great spot right on the Beachfront with fabulous views. The staff were very helpful & kept us supplied with everything. The apartments are very large & well furnished. Our units front bedroom was however dark & noisy. The property needs some updating as it’s a bit tired. Our tv was from the 80’s with only a couple of channels & no video player . A Sky channel would be good. Fridge seals need replacement & the stove removing. The front balcony was all rotten & needs replacing with something other than wood. The pool are is nice. It was relatively quiet when we were there. Very easy access to the beach & restaurants etc. I’d stay here again & would recommend this place.

Nice hotel close to the beach
Geplaatst op 3 sep. 2017ホテルを出てすぐのビーチで海水浴が楽しめます。オーシャンビューの部屋でロケーション抜群でした。高級ホテルではありませんが部屋は広くバルコニーもあり、室内は上品で清潔感があります。ホテルの周りはレストランやバー、コンビニが一通り揃っていて困ることはありません。夜はオーナーは不在になりますが警備員が常駐しています。
帰りの空港までのタクシーをオーナーに頼んだところ、従業員が車で送ってくれると言われました。特に料金については言われなかったため、無料だと思って乗ったところ空港で2人で250B要求されました。有料なら事前に教えてほしかったです。

Amazing Pool Suite Bedroom

Voordelen: The Pool Suite Bedroom is very spacious, comfortable, nice and clean. Very nice private pool.
Nadelen: Check-in and signboard.Our taxi driver did not know this hotel and the signboard was not visible on the street so we struggled a bit to find it
Locatie: In the heart of the Fisherman Village but the beach is not so nice.
The Pool Suite Bedroom is very spacious, comfortable, nice and clean.

Great location, wonderful apartment

Voordelen: Its location, the layout and size of the apartment and the friendly helpful staff.
Nadelen: Some more kitchen utensils.
Locatie: The apartment looks over the beach so has the best location. The outside street turns into a night market every Friday, brilliant food stalls.
We were totally looked after by our host. She came to us each day to see if all was OK. The apartment is huge with a large balcony with one of the best views.
