I enjoyed my two day stay at this hotel very much. Not alot of bells and whistles but a very clean,quite and comfortable room. I would stay here again without a second thought!

Stayed here over labor day. they were very friendly with directions and check in. Plenty of room for parking with boat. They upgraded me to a suite for free. great taco place next door, grocery store, gas station and shooting range across the st! I enjoyed the stay and will stay here again! few miles from lake Havana. Cant beat it for the price! Its not a Vegas, Beverly hills hotel. but I was very satisfied

Hotel Mgmt was friendly and very attentive to my need. Neighboring guest/tenants were friendly. Enjoyed the pool atmosphere. If you're watching your budget and desiring to be in a swimming pool in hot Az, this is the place.

“Hotel was acceptable”

A little too far to the actual lake especially during spring break, we had to take taxis back and forth while we indulged in all the fruits Lake Havasu had to offer.

“A decent place to stay.”

Having gotten a smokin' deal on this place, I knew what I was getting in for: a clean room, a bed, a bathroom and a TV. And that's what we got, which worked because we spent most of our time out at the beach. It's very conveniently located, near uptown, close to some great restaurants. I'd stay here again.

The rooms are cozy and clean. The staff is very willing to accomodate any needs for their guests. While staying here they gave us a refridgerator and microwave because we had groceries. They went above and beyond and it was greatly appreciated.

“April Stay”

It is an older hotel. the bedding was on the outdated/old side but it was very clean and fresh smelling. The inside walls had been freshly painted but there were old nail holes. One tile in the bathroom area was loose. The tv worked fine. Staff did not bother you. The cost was fairly inexpensive. I would probably return.

“Simple, but good”

This hotel was clean, bed were comfortable and nothing to really complain about. We only stayed one night and this hotel was better than expected, and for those who just are visiting and planning on only being in the room to sleep and shower, I would highly recommend them to stay there.
