Beautiful hotel! The bedroom was big and the section of the room with the pull out bed had its own bathroom and privacy. Train station one block down, lots of food spots to walk to. Overall the room was great!

We had no hot water for the entirety of our stay. They said they had fixed it but it was not. Even the room we were moved to did not have hot water. This happens, but the way the manager handled it was very poor and I would not go back ever again

Very pretty, simple but sophisticated. Bathroom is tiny, but one of the best showers I have had in years. Staff very responsive and nice. Bit noisy, both from street and noise from above. Get top floor? Would easily stay again especially given the price and neighborhood.

The staff at Meliá Kensington was simply AMAZING! Due to their attention and detail to our needs, we had the most pleasant stay. We look forward to returning to Melia one day soon!

Great hotel stay. Staff was extremely helpful and welcoming. My only downfall was that there were limited dining options in the area. The local pizza express was amazing!
