Great location in K-Town! Everything is walking distance. The staff is friendly, and the rooms are clean

Loved the design in the lobby and rooms. Staff was friendly and hospitable. Would definitely recommend!

The hotel is close to Koreatown which is great if you want to walk to Korean restaurants. My only complaint is the hotel needs an upgrade and some revamping. The tvs in the rooms were dated and did not have options to watch movies just cable. We booked this hotel for a staycation to sort of relax and watch movies in our room - this did not fit our needs. Unfortunately we won’t be booking this property again.

The VIP benefits of booking this hotel on Expedia did not reflect when we checked in. We were not given drink vouchers and did not receive the complimentary drinks. The manager was really kind to try to resolve the oversight but could not extend the offering from the Expedia VIP booking.
