Everyone was amazingly helpful and fun. So nice having Maui Brewing on the property. Great people and great food and drinks.

Wonderful staff, gorgeous location. Stayed in an updated room and it was perfect for our needs. The Hawaiian activities are great, especially the departure ceremony- don’t skip it!

The staff at this hotel are absolutely phenomenal - everyone from the front desk, the cultural center, housekeeping was so kind, super helpful and obviously passionate about sharing the culture. The educational experiences included with your resort stay are a must (especially if you have littles but even without). The proximity to the beach can’t be beat and the easy (less than 5 min.) walk to Whalers Village means that food options and shopping are mere steps away. The grounds are immaculate - the rooms are clean & well designed. Absolutely loved our stay and can’t wait to come back again soon.

THIS IS NOT A RESORT. It’s a hotel
That charges a resort fee. The hotel was nice. Staff was amazing. Location is convenient BUT the hotel has no amenities. The pool is ALWAYS cold (sometimes freezing) and there are no umbrellas, so you are always running from the sun because there is no shade either. There is no pool bar/drinks or attendant. A huge plus, The beach is literally steps away.
There are quite a few displaced locals staying at the hotel. It was nice to see them enjoying themselves. There are other fancier resorts in walking distance, if you want to get the extra amenities.
Parking is not included but the valet attendants were very nice and quick.

The staff was wonderful from Victoria at the front desk to Lyn in housekeeping. Property was clean and quiet. We very much enjoyed our time at Outrigger and would come back should we return to Maui.
