Overpromise but underdeliver

We were very excited about this agriturismo beforehand. We booked an apartment with private pool, but on arrival they put us in another apartment without a pool. When I asked the day after the pool apartment was already booked by somebody else. We did get a refund for the extra costs for the missing pool, but since we have two young children, an agriturismo with a pool on walking distance was a choice we made beforehand. Next to that, the kitchen and interior of the apartment are old. The dishwasher was broken and leaking, the floor drain in the shower was constipated so showering was only possible for a maximum of two minutes. The central pool was a mile away by car but, although the pool itself was great, the area around it really needs maintenance. The great slide which is on all the promotional pictures online, was out of order (due to COVID according to the owner). Positive: the restaurant was excellent. A daily new menu and low prices. The wines from the agriturismo are pretty good and well prices. The young ladies working in the restaurant were kind and professional. All and all we did enjoy our stay, but I would not recommend this agriturismo. There are other ones with less problems at the same price that are located closer to either Siena or Montalcino. This agriturismo is a pretty long drive from all the great places in central Tuscany.

Tot rust komen met een eigen wijntje en vogeltjes

Voordelen: Personeel, rust, ruimte, eten en drinken
Nadelen: Husje iets gedateerd
Locatie: Warmwaterbronnen, stadjes/dorpjes
Prima voorzieningen, heel behulpzaam en professioneel personeel die ook nog eens aardig zijn. Uitstekend restaurant 's avonds en 's ochtends bij het ontbijt. Tot rust komen in een wijnparadjs.

prachtige appartementen dicht bij Sienna

Hotel ligt 20 km van Muro aan het einde van een doodlopende onverlichte weg welke voor het grootste gedeelte niet geasfalteerd is. Het heeft een prima restaurant met een dagelijks wisselende kaart en serveert s-morgens het beste, super uitgebreide ontbijt dat wij mochten ontvangen in 14 dagen Italie. Sienna en ander leuke plaatsen in de omgeving.

Dear Guest, our accomodation is one agriturismo and not an Hotel. We rent room and apartment restructured situated in a winery farm that produce chianti wine and olive oil. We offer a good and tipycal Tuscan Restaurant; swimming-pool- tennis court, trekking with mountain-bikes and horses. Kind regards Alessandra Cenni.

Un hôtel Inaccessible.

Nous n'avons pu accéder à l'hôtel chemin impraticable avec notre berline malgré l'aide de Waze et Google Map.Aucune réponse à notre appel téléphonique répondeur.Sur les avis,nous ne sommes pas les seuls à avoir connu cette mésaventure.

dare una recensione negativa perchè ha usato Google nonostante le abbiamo scritto di non usare Google ma Waze.Scrivere che nessuno ha risposto nonostante avesse il mio cellulare ha chiamato solo il numeo della Reception che chiude alle 18:30.Che le devo dire ....

Tenuta fantastica, il soggiorno non bene purtroppo

La tenuta è bellissima, vero angolo di paradiso delle colline senesi. Il personale è gentile e disponibile, Alessandra in primis che è la titolare. Complimenti a Stefano, Valentina, Lourdes e tutto lo staff meraviglioso. Cucina ottima con le prelibatezze di Mirietta. La piscina necessita di manutenzione e maggiore pulizia (troppo verde e muffa sui bordi, sul fondo e sulle scalette), inoltre il personale dovrebbe cercare di far rispettare di più le regole soprattutto quando ci sono ospiti molesti e maleducati. Nota dolente l'appartamento che ci è stato assegnato, necessita di adeguata ristrutturazione, come tutti gli altri appartamenti. Bagni vecchi da rifare, sanitari compresi. Letti e cuscini da cambiare poichè troppo scomodi. Arredamento cucina da ammodernare. Zanzariere rotte da sostituire poichè fanno entrare una notevole quantità di zanzare. Il calore infernale a causa di assenza di aria condizionata ci ha impedito di vivere l'appartamento (35 gradi fissi notte e giorno) di giorno e di notte è stato impossibile riposare nonostante la presenza di due ventilatori (vecchi e rumorosi). Con la sistemazione degli appartamenti e la cura della piscina la struttura sarebbe davvero perfetta

the hotel is a very nice hotel very good restaurant and very clean . i have to mention Alessandra the manager of the hotel -she is actually the best asset the hotel could have! i am not kidding one bit. she is an incredible person who help us beyond expectation in our bad experience we had with our budget rental car... she managed to help us to get to florence relatively on time to get our tour there (we didnt have a car because of budget rental situation ) and let our stay there to be less traumatic. I have to mention also Marco who was our other angel who drive us all the way to siena to get the bus to florence. whithout them we wouldnt make it at all! and missed all our planned trip to florence. thnak you and thank you over an over for all your kidness. i have tomention as well that we ate at the restaurant there and the argentinian waitress Andrea maybe,,,,,, she is also a fantastic host who attend us very very well trying to do her best to make us feel happy. please remember we ate dinner time and we were in such distress for our situation with budget that she realized how we were and make our stay there way great! highly recommended this hotel .
