'For the nice area this property is located it was not kept well. It was dirty and doors that should have only been accessible by keycard were left wide open. It felt very unsafe and uncomfortable.'

'Everything was great. The parking garage was easy to access and was safe. There was security seen riding on a golf cart monitoring the garage from time to time. The staff at the desk were super welcoming and greeted us each time we came and left the property. We had a balcony room, but unfortunately construction was happening out side our window so the view was not the best, we could view the Bay Area and the construction was not taking place at the time so it wasn’t loud or disruptive...

'My wife and I spent 4 nights at the hotel. At our age (83), we like a quiet room and a good breakfast. In this case, the room location was very quiet. The breakfast was pretty good, although it's pretty hard to get nice soft scrambled eggs. The food variety was generally pretty good. The room was clean and the staff was pleasant. The nearest shops were probably not easily walkable, not really a factor for us. One complaint we had was that we had reserved an accessible bathroom based upon a...
