Drain was not working in the sink. Pathetic experience and cleanliness was not good.

Thank you for your feedback. Did you call the front desk about the problem? Because I sent the maintenance person to check it. You just have to step the tub stopper to open it again.

Its not easy to bring baggage up the stairs and had to give them a credit card to sacure the key it made no sence

This is a very dirty hotel - should not be listed in Expedia - don’t know why Best Western allows this place to run in thier brand!

This property at the time of my visit was and probably still is under construction. There is a note in the lobby notifying visitors of noise due to the remodeling. The hallways and rooms are also under construction. My room had falling paint onto my pillow and the ceiling had water damage. The tub had mold and was dirty inside. The floor of the room was rough to walk on. The room was stripped bare, and it did not look like the pictures of a nice comfy hotel room. It looked as if it was abandoned, and someone stumbled upon the room and decided to put a bed and tv inside. The window could not lock and the blinds barely covered the window.

Tub had mildew it was really slippery mattress coils were so uncomfortable and gave me back ache

There was noise allthrough my stay. I the note stated they had construction going on in the building and it ends at 5pm. They didn't finish until 7pm. It was loud and right above my room. I wasted my $165 for one night.
