Waited 3 hours for clean towels, while our toilet was leaking.

It’s old and the rooms still smell from the days when smoking was allowed. Also the restaurant was terribly understaffed.

For $180 a night this hotel leaves a lot to be desired. Parking is awful - packed lot, jammed main entrance with no traffic flow to drop off bags before having to park a half mile away. The grab & go snack kiosk was closed and only one restaurant was operating. The smell of chlorine smacks you in the face when you walk in the door and the noise from the pool carries up to the fourth floor. The staff was friendly and helpful but the layout & closed snack shack was a turn off. On a positive note there is a CVS vending machine with personal care items you made need and it was regular price for an items needed (no up charge!) Nice touch since there is not lobby store.

Nous avons passer 3 nuits et nous avons dû aviser la réception plusieurs fois car chaque nouveau voisin du 426 faisaient le party et nous dormions pas . Hier 7 jeunes dans la chambre 426 et nous dans la 424 on ne pouvaient pas dormir
