Menno, thank you for evaluating your stay at our hotel. We are disappointed to know our accommodations did not provide the value for which you were hoping. As with most cities, certain times of the year are busier and command higher rates; however, we make every effort to be priced competitively. We are also sorry for your disappointment with the breakfast we offer. We will share your comments with our breakfast and beverage team to improve moving forward.
