I am not typically a complainer, by any means, but the hotel was not representative of what was advertised. Our first room had sticky spills all over the floor, marks on the bed cover, and piles of dust everywhere, broken phone and no lighting. Upon being moved to a second room, it was still filled with thick layers of dust behind the night tables and the rest of hotel was not what was shown on the photos at all. They are in the midst of a renovation, which is fine, but definitely was not being cleaned accordingly. The elevators were much, much older and everyone was nervous about being on them based on the awful noise coming from the shaft and the rickety ride that made everyone question their safety.
