'I’ve stayed at these properties before and they have never compared to this location. The hotel is under renovation, so there was dust and paint chips and holes in the wall. I understand renovation but I don’t understand why cleanliness is not being practiced. My shower had hair on the wall and in the tub. There was was I think was makeup smudges on the pillow case, the towels had some stains on them still, the walls had some mysterious smudge/smear. The other room we rented had a giant dead...

'Great staff! Very helpful. Lots of places to eat in the area. Shopping is abundant in the area.'

'The remote control, or the TV was not around. The bed was too hard the door gap on the front door you could see daylight smoke detector or clogged up. I unclogged them.'

'The a/c did not work propetly.We managed because we had fans with us. It was a very busy weekend for graduation and was always crowded. I booked it because of the beautiful pool, which we only used one time during the day. In our room was really worn and needed to be replaced and the floors need to be mopped . The game room needed much attention. The pool table had a rip, and the balls were not correct. The fuse ball machine was broken. We were able to play and connect for and that’s it.'

'The pictures are not the real life experience, inside or out. Stained shower curtain, no mattress cover, weird blankets and I didn't bother looking at the kitchen. No grass either. The area was not nice. We turned around, got back in the car, and found another hotel.'

'We booked this hotel for location, out of El Paso. The surroundings are not attractive but nearby Mission Trail. The staff was very friendly, the room fine, the BF we found better then other BW. The bathroom needs urgent refurbishing. It did not look very clean due its old condition. '
