'My room was well provisioned and quite satisfactory, although it was an accessible room, probably because I inadvertently requested one. The hotel is, unfortunately, in a high crime neighborhood. The hotel itself has few amenities, and reminded me of a converted penitentiary: dark halls, row after row of doors without much relief. Nevrtheless, a satisfactory accommodation for a single night.'

'The property was well lit and clean. The service and property employees were helpful and I felt heard and seen. They answered all question I had. They are very friendly and wonderfully informative. The breakfast was really good and had a nice variety of breakfast. They had the best eggs I have ever had in a hotel. I would definetly recommend this hotel.'

'there was a terrible smell in the room. It was supposed to be a non-smoking room. I'm not sure what the smell was. There was no dresser. The chair was a little metal chair with a torn seat cushion. Otherwise, the room was barren. The air-conditioner was pulled apart and and unplugged. When we went to plug it in the plug was awesome all apart and unsafe. We never tried the TV, but hung our clothes on it since there was nowhere else to hang them. There was yelling all through the night and dog...

'We arrived at midnight, exhausted and traveling with two kids. The front desk staff was incredibly arrogant, treating us like servants. To be fair, the room itself looked okay and the bed sheets were clean and fresh—honestly, the only positive thing about our stay. Everything else was a disaster. The AC was completely broken and wouldn’t shut off or adjust. 'Hotel staff were super helpful even though expedia completely botched the reservation and were able to me my same room for another night when expedia changed my reservation without my consent.'
