“los arcos suites is an awsome quiet get away”

the staff were friendly..helpful courteous . i would recommend to anyone. also if you stay at the los arcos suites you also haVE ACCESS to the los arcos hotel. great swimming pools and right on the beach. if you stay here i see there is no regrets..

“Great time”

The staff were great and always so friendly. We enjoyed our time very much. The food was very good as well, lots of variety all the time. The only issue we ran into was that there weren't enough umbrellas for the beach. If you want to lounge in the beach, the best idea is to go to the beach while your having breakfast and ask one of the beach staff for however many beach chairs and umbrellas you want and they will set them up for whenever you're ready for the beach. Other than that, everything was great. Can't wait to go back next year

“A Home Away from Home”

A Home away from Home Room was spacious and comfortable. Kitchenette was useful. I especially enjoyed my balcony over the pool area. Other balconies were over street which could be noisy. My only complaint was the lack of a full sized mirror. The hotel is convenient to shopping, restaurants, and activities. It is also close to the Playa Los Arcos hotel where Los Arcos Suites hotel guests can also use facilities.

“Best place in PV.”

Staff was excellent, very helpful, went out of their way to get us stuff and make calls for you, help you with pesos change. Just an extrodinary group of workers. Felt very safe in neighborhood. rooms very big and kitchenettes. Only one problem is shower head in our room was not working proper. Pools at all three resorts were very clean and not crowded at all. Family oriented for all three resorts. Will go back to this one for sure.

I particularly loved the quality of the sheets and pillows. The rooms were comfortable and the location was superb. The staff were attentive and wonderful. The recreation staff were involved and happy to involve you in activities.

This is a great, traditional, cozy hotel with staff that make everyone feel at home. It is located in a wonderful location in Old Town 1 block from the beach and near tons of great restaurants. The rooms are large, clean and comfortable and the kitchenettes are great for those "no restaurant" nights. Our cooktop broke halfway through cooking a meal one night and maintenance came to fix it within 5 minutes. We met many people who go back to this hotel year after year and love it, as we do! Being able to use the facilities at their sister hotel and the main hotel is also a bonus. And no bracelets! This place feels like our second home! We'll be back as soon as we can!

“nice quiet hotel”

right in the middle of old town. close to restaurants shopping and beach, used the pool of the sister hotel, plenty of activities, water exercise and 2 huge iguanas wandered around all day staff was great food and drink plenty cant wait to go back.

“Los Arcos Suites”

We had 3 rooms for a wonderful family vacation. The larger rooms were a bonus for a Mexio vacation. The beds were the most comfortable I have ever experienced in Mexico. There were some small ants that the first day when we left food out...the hotel dealt with it immediately. Overall a wonderful experience. We would definitely stay there again.
