Spacious rooms in great location steps to charming Insadong, the palace, and bukchon hanok village. Very large comfortable rooms, bathroom, and laundry facilities. Front desk staff was very friendly, and helpful.

We picked the Somerset because we had 4 days before joining a cruise. Within a short distance of the Hotel there is history - Palaces, Religious buildings, Restaurants (both local and international cuisine) and a great shopping choice. The Hotel has well appointed rooms. But the stars were the staff who were attentive and helpfull particularly the staff on reception who made our visit special with their help with giving us directions, places to eat Korean food. So thanks for making our visit special.
